About Equestrian Ranch Real Estate


Understanding the needs of the different horse disciplines is easily
comprehensive to me with my extensive horse experience in the
thoroughbred racing industry along with my lifelong passion for
competing, showing and trail riding horses. With a family background in
the construction industry I understand land use, the language of
building and the needs of the developers along with values of raw land,
potential uses of land and zoning. Other aspects of horse properties
need to be considered such as the current business on the property.  We
cover all sizes of horse ranches, from the small back yard horse
property to the larger commercial boarding and breeding operations. With
a lifetime of horses, my many contacts come from the thoroughbred racing
world to dressage, eventing and jumpers, to team penning and trail
riders. With that lifetime of horses in Southern California my knowledge
of locations of properties to fit your needs is extensive.

Mission Statement

Horses have always been my passion and they have taken care of me, and
so when I can help them I do. One of my favorite charities is ‘After the
Finish Line’ who helps retired race horses with many of their special
needs. I assist AFTL with their charity functions in many different
ways. I also have a passion for the Wild Horses & Burros in our country
and try to bring awareness to their plight. There are many different
organizations which try to educate the public, stop horse slaughter,
help mustangs to be adopted. Any interest or questions you may have I

Marla Zanelli is an experienced professional horsewoman selling Southern California Real Estate since 1989. With a construction family background, she was very comfortable with real estate. Her life with horses began at the young age of 10 and led into an exciting life of exercising, owning & training thoroughbred racehorses. Marla has shown horses, camped and trail rode all over Southern California really getting to know the land & horse community.
